It is strange how we have flipped from ‘no sex before marriage’ in the days prior to the sexual revolution, to what is now a common complaint, a case of little or no sex after marriage. Whether or not you are married to your partner, being in a long-term sexual relationship often brings a sense of boredom or routine to the sexual experience. Many people claim it is the children, or their work, or that they are simply getting old. However, many clients of mine have reached this sexual impasse with or without children, nor through changes in their work situation.
