Stress Management

Everyone is prone to stress. This is caused by events or circumstances that cause stress. Many people have lived with stress all their lives, this is normal but too much stress can trigger periodic episodes of panic. If left untreated it can become a problem causing physical, mental, and emotional damage.

All of us have had encounters with stress. It simply has different effects to each of us since we have different tolerance levels to various stressors. We also react differently to the different stressors that we face everyday. Whatever kind of stress we react negatively to, there is only one certainty. If we leave it alone, it will give us a lot of problems.

Do you get angry sometimes? We all get angry sometimes, and that’s ok. Anger is programmed into all of us as a preconditioned response to various stressful situations. But for some anger can be a real problem, and they may be in need of some anger management techniques.
